The most important part of a thing; the essence; the core of a subject.
To delve into these a little further…
Your core muscles are important to create stability around your spine and neck.
These muscles of course do not work in isolation of one another but are used in an integrated way while we perform ANY movement of the body.
When we have a deeper awareness of our core, we may start to feel a deeper connection with our bodies, and our movements are likely to become more intuitive, we are also then less likely to use our bodies in a manner that will lead to injury.
Courage comes from the latin word Cor which means heart.
Courage is definitely part of your injury management.
There are times when it takes overcoming certain fears around your injury – it takes courage to address an injury that may be longstanding. But the good news is once you’ve decided to take the first step – you are on the pathway to recovery.
